A: If you don't see your city or town on the list of delivery locations, just call or send an email to the area closest to you and someone will get back to you within 48 hours.

Q: Do you deliver all year round?
A: Yes! We have to import from warmer climates in the winter-time, but it is always certified organic!
Q: Can I make substitutions?
A: Yes, you may substitute 4 items per delivery. THIS MUST BE DONE BY NOON 2 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE! (we custom order each week's delivery and need to know before we place our order with our suppliers)
Q: What if there is something I don't ever want to see in my bin?
A: Just let us know what you don't like and we will make sure you never see it in your bin.
Q: What if something in my bin is not of good quality?
A: We guarantee our service - just let us know what item was unsatisfactory and we will replace it the following delivery (it may not be the exact item).
Q: Can I pay in advance (post-dated cheques)?
A: Yes, we accept post-dated cheques.
Q: Is it okay to pay by cash?
